Trusted Oriental Rug Cleaning Studio in Jordan, NY

Rugcraft Oriental and Persian Rug Cleaning is the leading hand-knotted rug specialist in the New York metro area providing the specialized textile expertise that valuable and antique rugs require for more than eleven years in Jordan, NY and across the New York metropolitan area.

Oriental and Persian rugs are fundamentally different from standard carpet and machine-made rugs — they carry the accumulated craftsmanship of skilled weavers across generations and often represent irreplaceable cultural and monetary value. Cleaning these rugs incorrectly can destroy value that cannot be recovered: color bleeding, shrinkage, fiber damage, and foundation weakening are all real risks when the unique construction of these pieces is not understood or respected by the cleaning method applied.

Rugcraft's cleaning specialists are trained in the specific washing, drying, and finishing techniques for each category of hand-knotted rug — from Persian city rugs to tribal Afghan pieces to antique silk Chinese works. Every piece is processed with a personalized treatment plan developed before cleaning begins — not processed through a generic cleaning program.
