Expert French Door Installation in Del Mar, CA

Whether you are upgrading an exterior patio opening or installing interior French doors in Del Mar, CA looking to transform a space with the openness, light, and elegance of French doors, Tolvex French Doors is the installation team built for the job. A company built around one door type for homeowners who want more from their door installation experience, Tolvex draws on 12+ years of focused French door installation experience to every home it works in.

Established by Elaine Moreau, a interior and exterior door professional who became convinced that French doors demanded a dedicated specialist after years of seeing them improperly installed by generalist contractors, Tolvex was created for exactly this reason. Her observation that most general contractors approached French door installations as a routine task — without understanding the alignment, sealing, and operational precision that French doors require.

Tolvex works with a full catalog of French door types and materials including traditional wood panel and glass units, fiberglass French doors built for insulation performance, minimal-frame contemporary French door systems, and fully glazed bi-fold varieties. If your installation involves updating an aging patio French door, installing interior French doors between a home office and living room, or fitting a custom set of oversized glass panel doors as a statement piece, our installation specialists for the job.

Homeowners in Del Mar, CA who are planning a French door installation know that the details matter. If the installation is not plumb, level, and square creates daily frustration and operational failures that compound over time into costly remediation. Every installation our team performs starts with a thorough evaluation of the rough opening, frame condition, and surrounding structure, followed by precise framing adjustment where needed.

Our 18-month workmanship coverage applies to all French door installations and all door product warranties are communicated clearly at completion. Forty percent of the project total is due when the service agreement is signed for doors that are manufactured to order, and custom door orders are non-returnable once production begins.
