Our preparation sequence includes professional degreasing, mechanical and chemical surface preparation, complete chip and crack filling and leveling, and commercial bonding primer application before the first coat of topcoat material is sprayed.

Chip and crack repair is performed and leveled before any topcoat material is sprayed ensuring the finished surface is uniformly smooth with no visible imperfections under normal lighting. We work with all common tub and surface materials including porcelain on steel, fiberglass, acrylic, and cultured marble. A wide color selection allows Normandy, MO homeowners to update the look of their bathroom while keeping their existing fixtures in place. A professional Glovex refinishing job is typically completed in a single visit with a 24 to 48 hour cure time before the fixture is ready for use.

The company was launched by Calvin Rupert a surface restoration technician who spent a decade working in hotel and apartment renovation refinishing before launching his residential refinishing business. His motivation was simple: too many people in Normandy, MO and across the country were replacing fixtures that could have been beautifully restored for a fraction of the price.
