Prexvo Patio Works

Prexvo Patio Works transforms bare backyards into polished outdoor living spaces with expertly designed and installed concrete patios built to handle Florida's heat, rain, and humidity season after season. We specialize in residential concrete patio construction, giving Orlando-area homeowners access to a team that focuses entirely on this craft rather than spreading attention across dozens of unrelated trades. Our process begins with a thorough site evaluation to assess drainage, soil conditions, and existing landscaping before any design decisions are finalized — because a beautiful patio that puddles water or shifts after the first rainy season is not a success by anyone's measure. We work through the full design process with each client, presenting stamped pattern options, color palettes, edge treatments, and integrated step configurations until we arrive at a plan that feels right for the space and the budget. Our concrete mixes are selected for Florida's climate conditions, incorporating fiber reinforcement and the proper slump characteristics to minimize cracking and ensure even finishing across large surface areas. Whether you need a modest 200-square-foot slab off the back door or a sprawling multi-zone outdoor entertaining area with built-in steps and a transition to an existing pool deck, Prexvo Patio Works delivers the same level of preparation discipline and finishing quality on every job.
