Whether you are a homeowner looking to protect your family in Ely, NV seeking to protect their family and property with a system genuinely designed for their specific home, our licensed security technicians offers professional residential security installation services that reflect the actual vulnerability profile of each residence. Founded by Nicole Shaw, a certified security installation professional with more than a decade of hands-on experience working in security installation and project management for national and regional security companies before founding the company after identifying the gap between what the mass-market security industry delivered and what homeowners actually needed.
Her founding insight that most mass-market home security providers offered one-size-fits-all packages that left significant gaps in protection for properties with non-standard layouts or unique vulnerability profiles. The company exists around the conviction that a 45-minute technician visit and a pre-boxed kit is not a security solution — it is a security illusion.
The Vigilex installation team conduct a thorough property assessment before recommending any equipment to evaluate all potential entry points, camera sight lines, lighting conditions, and the client's specific security concerns. Vigilex integrates with major security and smart home platforms to design and install complete systems including burglar alarms, door and window contact sensors, passive infrared motion detectors, indoor and outdoor HD security cameras, video doorbells, glass break detectors, alarm control panels, and remote monitoring integration.
