Premier Home Building in De Kalb, TX

Building a custom home in De Kalb, TX is one of the most significant financial and personal commitments a homeowner or developer will undertake — and the builder you choose determines whether that vision becomes reality. Provalon Home Builders is the builder that homeowners and developers throughout De Kalb, TX count on for custom-designed residences that reflect their lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and specific site conditions.

Founded by Steven Aldridge, a licensed GC who has overseen the construction of hundreds of custom residences building and managing residential construction projects throughout the Lone Star State and beyond, Provalon was founded on his vision of a home building company that prioritized client collaboration, design quality, and construction integrity above volume. He has personally overseen the construction of hundreds of custom residences and brings nearly two decades of solving the complex challenges that arise in every custom construction project.

Provalon is the one call, one team, one accountable partner from initial design and site evaluation through to the last walk-through before handover. The complete project lifecycle — spanning every trade category from foundation through final finishes — is coordinated and supervised by our team.

Provalon's project management system gives homeowners complete transparency into construction progress, schedule status, and budget performance — ensuring there are no surprises at any stage. Independent structural inspections at key structural milestones ensure an independent review of construction quality beyond the in-house review our team performs.

Provalon's warranty coverage applies to structural elements for ten years, two-year workmanship coverage on all mechanical systems, and twelve months of coverage on finishes, fixtures, and general workmanship — reflecting the full scope of protection the law and our standards require. We do not begin foundation work without all required permits in hand.
